CCF Project Management Scope of Services

  • Managing pre-contract phase; supervising design development, costing and value engineering services.
  • Negotiating, assigning and agreeing conditions of engagement with consultants/designers.
  • Preparing conditions of contract and compiling the tender drawings and bills of quantities.
  • Managing the tender phase; carrying out tender evaluation and assigning a contractor.
  • Managing construction; administering the supervision/inspection of works and monitoring design compliance governed by the conditions of contract.
  • Issuing instructions, planning agendas and chairing meetings. Monitoring and controlling programme and cost while regularly reporting to the employer. Supervising the process related to issuance of change orders and payments.

  • Monitoring and assessing the change orders/variations to the budget throughout the project duration.
  • Reviewing and verifying contractor's payments. Monitoring quantities and advising the employer on any extra cost.
  • Preparing financial reports to the employer.
  • Reviewing instructions and advising employer on potential claim for extra cost.
